AIIMS Rishikesh provides admission in different medical courses at the Undergraduate and postgraduate level in different streams. The main programs given are: Undergraduate Medical, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Postgraduate Medical, Postgraduate Surgical, Postgraduate Cardiology, and Dental Surgery. The entrance exams to be considered for admission to these courses at AIIMS Rishikesh include NEET UG for MBBS, NEET MDS for MDS, INI-CET for DM/MCh, AIIMS PG for MD/MS, and BSc. Nursing and Post Basic BSc. Nursing entrance exam for the nursing courses. The departments and specialities included in the MD/MS courses are Anatomical Sciences, Physiological Sciences, Chemical Pathology, Pharmacology & Therapeutics, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, General Medicine, Skin diseases.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Identification Documents: To avail any particular service or opening a bank account, you have to provide the proof of identity which includes Aadhaar card, voter ID card, driving license, or passport.
2. 10th Standard Marksheet & Passing Certificate: You should attach your class 10th marksheet with the dates of birth and passing mentioned along with the passing certificate from a recognized board.
3. 12th Standard Marksheet: Attach the certified true copy of mark sheet showing the subjects studied in 12th standard and the marks scored in terminal examination.
4. Graduation Marksheets (if applicable): For postgraduate courses, submit your marksheets of all the years of your graduation program clearly mentioning the subjects studied and the marks obtained in them.
5. Category Certificate (if applicable): In case of the claim of reservation under SC/ST/OBC the candidate needs to produce the caste certificate from the competent authority.
6. Other Documents: Any other documents like migration certificate, gap certificate if applicable, character certificate from institute last attended.

2. So the counselling to be conducted by AIIMS Rishikesh for the students based on merit lists prepared from entrance exam marks, reservation.

4. Provisional counselling for the engineering courses takes place through counselling and choice filling by the eligible candidates in multiple rounds.

1. Candidates are eligible for the exam if they have cleared their 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
2. Interested candidates need to sit for the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and getting marks above a cutoff.
3. As per the NEET rank of the candidate, they have to log in themselves on the official website of aiimsexams.ac.in for the counseling of aiims mbbs and fill the choices for the aiims institutes.
4. The candidates who qualified and are shortlisted for the AIIMS MBBS counseling sessions are selected based on the NEET rank, the preferences, the seats available.
5. Those students who have been granted allotment have to undergo some process like document check and admission fees.
6. At last, the called for candidates who have got admission have to join the allotted AIIMS institute on the date mentioned above in order to confirm their admission in the MBBS program.
