Amity University Kolkata is currently offering several bachelors and masters programs in fields such as management, engineering, computer applications, commerce, science, and arts. The admission to the B Tech programs in CSE, ECE, Mechanical and Civil offered at BPUT requires the candidate to have scored minimum 50% in 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or passed JEE Main exam. The admission requirements of the MBA, BBA, and BCom programs include any bachelor degree recognized by the university with 50% marks or adequate CAT/MAT/XAT scores. BSc is awarded to those students who have passed 10+2 exam with minimum 50% marks in concerned subjects and the concerned subject for BSc in physics, chemistry, maths and biology are physics, chemistry, maths and biology respectively. BA in English Economics psychology accepts all stream well as 10 +2 . Any integrated law programs require passing in 10+2 with at least 45% and LLB after graduation requires at least 50%. Amity also uses scores of the following national level tests for admission to their programs along with the qualifying exam are JEE, GATE, CLAT, CAT, MAT and so on.

Amity University Kolkata has an impressive list of programs for the Undergraduate level of study spread across the disciplines of Engineering, Business, Law, Sciences, Arts, etc. For admission the eligibility criteria differs from department to department. For most of the BTech programs such as Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Biotechnology engineering etc the requirements are having passed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the subjects and minimum 60% marks in aggregate. It is acceptable if the qualifying examinations are CBSE, ISC, State Board, etc The minimum requirement for BBA, BA-LLB, BCom programs is passing class 12 th in any stream with 50% marks. These boards are CBSE, ISC, etc., and other exams as well are accepted.

Amity University Kolkata provides Ph.D. courses in various departments of Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, Humanities, Law, Pharmacy, Education and more. As per the admission criteria for the Ph.D. programmes, one must hold a Master’s degree in the concerned stream with minimum 55 % marks (50% for SC/ST/OBCcandidates). Some departments also prepare a list of eligible candidates who possess valid UGC/CSIR-NET scores or equivalents like GATE/JRF or who have cleared the state eligibility test (SET) in addition to qualifying the academic requirement. The passed exams that are accepted depending on the department and courses.
