Arni University Kangra has a diverse curriculum with programs offered at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Management, Science, Commerce, Arts and Engineering streams. There are differences in the requirements to participate in a particular course by the department offered. For B.Tech in CSE, ECE, Mechanical, Civil Departments, the candidate needs to have passed the class 12th and should have minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For the BBA and MBA under the School of Management, the candidates are supposed to have Graduation and class 12th certificates respectively preferably with minimum 50-60% marks. For B.Sc. and M.Sc. For subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology class 12th passed with science and graduation is compulsory The score may vary as per the course. All the courses under Humanities Faculty like BA and MA in English, Economics, History etc. have no restrictions regarding the 12th standard pass and accept all stream students.
Some of the main undergraduate and postgraduate programs taught across the streams are: B.Tech (CSE, ECE Civil), BBA, BCA, BA – English, Eco, History – and B. Sc. PCM, Botony, Zology etc MBA, MCA, M.Tech, MA English, History etc , M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Zoology). Getting admission for the 2024 batch, marks obtained in exams like JEE Main, CAT, MAT, CUET, HP TET will be taken in addition to merit score. University admission process begins with online registration on university website, taking entry tests, uploading documents, verifying eligibility criteria and going through the counselling session which also determines the final selection process and seat availability depending on merit, preference and other factors. The general expectation of the different entrance exams is between the period of January to July, the following year 2024.
