Arunodaya University Itanagar is a private university which provides Bachelors and Masters degree across the discipline of management, engineering, law, science, humanities etc the qualifying criteria of admission differs according to the departments. For the B.Tech courses such as CSE, ECE, Mechanical, etc., one should have cleared 12th standard in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. It accepts only some of the entrance exams like JEE Mains, AP EAMCET, etc For MBA, the candidate needs to have any graduate with minimum 50% marks. Accepted tests comprise CAT, MAT, XAT and others. These are BSc programs that prepare candidates who have finished their 12th science stream exam and have obtained a minimum of 45% to 50% in average of the science subjects offered. Exams are NEET and the respective state entrance examination respectively.
The University provides different UG and PG degree courses in faculties of Engineering &Technology, Basic Science, Computer Applications, Management, Law and so on.

For online application one has to visit Arunodaya University’s website which is www.arunodayauniversity.ac.in. Navigate to the homepage, navigate to the ‘Admissions’ tab, and then click on the link that says ‘Apply Now’. Choose the program you want to attend and be sure to complete the application form on the website. Upload blurry picture and signature or any other document as per the size and format prescribed by the concerned authority. As part of the application fee payment, make the final payment online through banking/debit card/credit card.

Arunodaya University Itanagar provides various UG programs in science stream, Commerce, Arts, engineering, etc. The eligibility criteria is slightly different for each department – for the BTech specialized programs such Computer Science, Electronics&Tech Mechanical engineering, Mathematics with minimum 60% pass at 12th level and should have passed with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Some of the acceptable entrance exams include medical as well as the entrance exam of JEE Main. For BSc programs such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Botany; the candidate must have passed twelfth standard with science stream and minimum 60% marks. NEET and state level examinations are valid in this respect. The BA programs in History, Political Science, English, etc. shall be open to the candidates who passed the 12th standard in any stream with not less than 50% marks. Concerning competitive and state level tests scores, the following are taken into account. BCom program prefers candidates to have 12th commerce stream along with minimum 50% aggregate. The applicants are also assessed depending on their performance in some of the exams like CAT/MAT and other state examinations.
Arunodaya University at Itanagar also provides the facility of PhD in different departments of Engineering and related Management, Sciences, Humanities, and Social Sciences departments. Universally, the eligibility criteria for the PhD admission is equally different in every department. For the Engineering positions, the candidate should have a Master’s degree in the relevant branch with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA and must have cleared the GATE/NET. Management PhD in India is open only to those candidates who have done their master’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks and have also passed the CAT/MAT/GMAT/NET exam. For Sciences, a master’s degree in any of the relevant subjects with at least 55% marks and CSIR/UGC/NET qualification is mandatory. In Humanities and Social Sciences stream, candidates with master degree with 55% marks and UGC/NET qualification are selected. Other accepted test for admission to PhD programme include other state level eligibility tests as may be applicable.
