Guwahati’s Assam Down Town University provides an impressive number of programs in management, commerce, arts, science, engineering, law, etc. Though the eligibility differs by departments, for BBA /MBA/BBM, candidate needs 50% in12th standard from any recognized board. For MCom and BCom courses, the applicant must be passed in 12th commerce with minimum 45% marks. Similarly other bachelor degree courses like BSc, BA, BCA conducted by the institute recruit candidates with 12th pass certificate in relevant stream from any recognized board. Courses such as CAT/MAT for management courses, CLAT for law courses, JEE Main for engineering courses are namely accepted.
The University provides undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma programs for various faculties and disciplines like engineering & technology, computer applications, commerce, arts business administration, traveller & tour travel & tourism, education & social work, law & allied areas. For the 2024 batch, the admissions will commence in the month of October 2023. It offers a number of programs though interested candidates can only apply for BE/BTech, BSc, BA, BCom, BCA, BBA, LLB, BLib, BJMC, MSc, MCA, MCom, MBA, MA, MLib. The University has its own entrance examination known as AUDMEE, for BTech program only while all the other courses take national level tests. They are usually taken in April-June 2024 while new academic session would start from August, 2024. They include registration, payment of fee, written test if the case, document screening and admission.

1. The B.Pharma prospectus and application form can be downloaded from the official website of ADTU under the Academic section.
2. Submit an online application form where certain personal information and qualification details are required along with necessary documents.
3. Submit Rs.1000 as the application fee through debit or credit cards or net banking.
4. After the completion of the application form, it is to be taken a print out of the same and then the documents are to be submitted to the University address on or before the last date only.
5. Sit for University entrance test on the set date.. Referring the website for details of the test.
6. Test marks and preferences given, and qualified candidates was asked to come for counseling as per the result obtained.
7. Official admission starts by paying fees of the colleges that students get in counseling sessions.
