Assam University is one of the state universities in India which is at Silchar, Assam. Placements cells are present in the universities and specifically in Assam University there is an active placement cell used to arrange recruitment of students by companies. The premier companies who offer placements to the students from our college are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Federal Bank. The maximum salary that has been provided at Assam University is up to the level of 8 lakhs per annum. The salary package trends from 3.5-4 lakh per annum as per the records of the campus placement. Overall the college is good in terms of placements and almost 60-65% per cent of the eligible students get placed in various companies which visit the campus for recruitment through on-campus drives in IT, banking, financial services, education, hospitality.
