CDLU Sirsa provides various UG & PG courses in sciences, commerce, arts, education. The main departments of the university are Physics, chemistry, Mathematics, computer science, Commerce & Management, Education, English, Psychology. Eligibility criteria are differed from department to department as well as courses, for BSc program it is mandatory to pass 12th standard in relevant stream with minimum 50% marks. For admission in MSc, one has to pass graduation in the relevant subject. Universities accept CAT/MAT for the management courses admissions. University also considers National level tests like JEE Main, CUET, CUCET for admission to B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BBA.
CDLU Sirsa has nearly one hundred programmes of study in faculties of Physical Science, Life Science, Commerce and Management Sciences, Humanities, Education, Engineering and Technology, Computer Science. Admission to these Universities is offered through state or any national level entrance test and then through counseling. You are correct that significant parts of the admission process include – online registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification process, and fee payment. Accommodation is available for boys and girls on the sharing and single occupancy in hostel which is provided by the university.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Their 10th and 12th standard mark sheets and certificates to prove their eligibility to join the course. Also, produce Migration certificate from the last attended board or University.
2. character certificate from the institute last attended or from any gazetted officer. And for the case that there is a gap in studies, also submit affidavit.
3. Domicile certificate to substantiate the candidate’s Haryana residency to fill the admission under state’s quota. Caste certificate if applying under the reserved category.
4. Aadhaar card / Voter id card for identification and address proof. Can also produce other documents in support of identity and residence as may be required such as a driving license or passport.
5. Photographs as intended for forms including recent passport size photographs as required.
6. An approved list of documents which includes the provisional allotment letter or counseling letter if the candidate is participating in centralized state counseling for admission.
