The faculty consists of the departments of Computer science, Biotechnology, economics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Statistics, Environmental sciences, Journalism and Mass communication, Commerce, etc. The basic eligibility criteria may change according to the department and programs offered. A candidate who wants to pursue Btech in Computer Science and Biotechnology has to pass class 12th Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects with more than 50% marks and should have appeared in JEE Main or UKSEE. For admissions in BA and MA programs under the arts and humanities departments there are certain eligibility criteria that include passing the class 12th examination for BA program and the Bachelor’s degree examination for MA program in the related stream but the minimum percentile needs to be scored in CUET UG/PG etc.
Faculty of Arts and Letters has around 30 disciplines under various faculties the University of Nairobi offers. These UG and PG level programmes for the 2024 batch of admission to IIT, NIT, DTU etc will be starting the registration and application in the month of November-December-2023. The following national and state level entrance tests will be considered: CUET, JEE Main, GATE, UKSEE, LSAT, etc, The timing of these exams will be released closer to the actual test timetable in the academic year 2023. Counselling and seat allotment process for the candidates selected in the entrance tests is another important step which the candidates have to attend in order to get admission in Doon University and get their preferred stream and program based on their ranks, choices and availability of seats in Doon University.

1. The first step that one can take in seeking MBA admission at the University is by accessing the university’s website where admission notification for MBA is displayed to reveal the eligibility of candidates and other related information.
2. Submit the online application form before the last date of form submission along with scanned copies of photograph and signs.
3. Application fee also has to be paid online or through demand draft and keep the payment receipt with them.
4. Enclose print out of the filled in application form and self attested documents and submit by post or by hand.
5. The university usually releases the admit card for the entrance test; once released, download and print it.
