Ganpat University Mehsana provides commerce, arts and science, computer applications, management, pharmacy, engineering, computer and information sciences etc in the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The eligibility is dependent on the departments in which the candidates are seeking to work in. For admission to BTech programmes, we have to clear 12th with 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are mandatory. This college accepts JEE Mains, GUJCET and SAT exams for admission in the engineering courses. For BPharm program, candidate should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics and should have scored 45 percent. It accepts GPAT, GUJCET for admission. The basic eligibility for MBA program is a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, minimum 50% marks. Accepted standardized test scores include CAT, MAT, XAT & CMAT. The criteria for eligibility for admission to MCA program is Bachelor’s degree in any stream with mathematics as one of the subjects with not less than 50% aggregate percentage of marks.
The university has several programs for its students including the BTech, MTech, BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, MBA, BBA, BA, BCom, BCA, MCA, MA and integration programs. GUJCET 2024 exam date: Second week of April. JEE Mains 2024 will be conducted twice a year, where the first attempt to give the exam will be in the January session, and the second attempt is to be given in the April session. The GPAT 2024 will be conducted in the period from December 2023 to January 2024. CAT 2024 will be in the last week of November… To get admitted, one has to sit for an online or offline test by first completing an application form after paying the application fees. To get admission into it, one has to write an entrance test at University, State or National level. Counseling is conducted and preparation of merit list is done in which seats are also provided according to the scores achieved. To confirm admission one has to make payments for admission fees before the due date marked.
The online application for admission can be accessed through the website www.ganpatuniversity.ac.in under the link of admission. They should choose the course of their preference, complete the admission form and scan the documents to upload photographs, signatures, academic certificates etc. They can pay the application fee via online mode using net banking, credit/debit card, or through UPI. Having completed the application, the students get the application number that they can use in future correspondence.
The offline application is completed by either submitting the filled application forms directly to the university admission office or by posting the same, along with all documents and a demand draft for the application fee to the university’s address. The admission team upon receiving the documents will check them for authenticity and if the student qualifies for the admission, they will be admitted. This is as it is for any scholarship applications as well. In cases where a student has questions regarding his or her application status or any other issue, the student can use the admission helpline or email.
1. Applicants must be passed in their 10+2/intermediate examination with compulsory subjects Physics and Mathematics and one optional subject out of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or Technical vocational subjects.
2. For general category candidates, they must have passed 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks for general category candidates whereas for SC/ST candidates, the minimum required percentage is 40%.
3. Admission will be merit to the performance in the 10+2 examination or equivalent examination as the case may be.
4. If some of the class usages are empty, then admissions could be based on merit in national level tests like JEE Main.
5. Reservation of seats would be as per directions given by state government for admission.
6. As per this verdict, the candidates who are eligible as per the norms set by the authority will have to apply and attend counseling on the dates announced.
7. Consequent to this, the provision of seats for the students will strictly be based on merit, reservation and the choices entered by the candidate.

1. GATE qualified score –The candidate should have a GATE score to apply for M.Sc admissions at GUNI Mehsana. This might also mean that the minimum qualifying GATE score may vary depending on the specific category.
2. Education in the course leading to the qualifying degree – Candidates’ percentage or Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in the last degree is considered. Minimum criteria may apply.
3. National level exams – Right scores/ranks obtained in the NET, GPAT and other similar exams may be acceptable.
4. Personal Interview – It can also be done to check the basic understanding, logical ability or interest in the program.
5. Qualified experience- The candidate’s qualification may have relevant work experience in the area of specialization if any, may be duly considered.
1. Make sure you read through the course requirements of the M.Sc program that you are interested in applying to. This is usually found on the university website or in the admission brochure as well as other official documents of the university. Make sure that you have all the requirements regarding the percentages and educational qualifications along with all the necessary documents.
2. To fill the application form for the M.Sc course, get the form either online from the official university website or in person from the university campus. Before completing the form, ensure that you go through its content carefully.
3. The applicant should enter his or her personal and academic data in the spaces provided on the application form. Double check as to the absence of mistakes or half-baked details. In case it is required, the necessary documents like photographs, copies of mark sheets etc should be attached.
4. Enclose the application form duly filled accompanied by application fee (Original demand draft if filled up though offline mode or else online payment gateway facility if filled up through online mode) within the prescribed last date. Keep application submission proof.
5. If selected in list, take the Post graduate entrance test which is conducted by GUNI Mehsana on a prescribed date. This means that the format of the test that can be used includes a written test, group discussion and/or interview.
6. Consult official announcement on the entrance test on the website or notice board of the campus. The list of qualified candidates will be posted on the merit list.
7. Admit within the given period, make the necessary academic fees and if there are any other forms to fill in the university then complete them.
8. Report to college on the reporting date as stated for document verification and to mark the beginning of classes in the M.Sc program at GUNI Mehsana.
