Diploma in engineering, pharmacy, computer applications, fashion designing and hotel management are some programs offered by Gola Polytechnic. While the eligibility restrictions are somewhat similar across departments, specific requirements differ. The eligibility criteria for engineering diplomas like civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics & communication is 10+2 science and minimum 50 % marks. For pharmacy diploma, 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics. The computer applications and fashion designing diplomas have admission criteria that include 10+2 in any field with pass percentage of 45% aggregate. The eligible examinations that are accepted in all programs are CBSE, State Boards, NIOS, and other equivant examinations.

2. The basic requirements to participate in the competition include education achievement and age.
3. Complete the application form either online where one has to scan and upload the documents required or physical copies in the case of physically submitted documents.
4. Application fee can be paid online or via demand draft, make sure you save a copy of the receipt.
5. By accessing the form submitted in the previous step, download and print the last version of the form as well as any other documents if necessary.
6. Completed application must be returned before the closing date accompanied by other supporting requirements in either electronic or hard copy of Online submission, by post or directly hand delivery.
Documents Required for Admission in GP Gola for Different Courses:
1. To apply you will need to register on the university’s website, fill the application form and make the application fee payment.
2. Sit for the university enrollment exams in accordance to the date which has been set and pass with the required standard marks.
3. Visit the university’s website to see your name on the merit list to determine whether you were selected for counseling based on the test you wrote.
4. If you want to attend document verification and counseling rounds according to the assigned time table and section and select your preferred course and institute.
5. Submit the semester and admission fee in order to accept the provisional admission after the seat allotment.
6. If not already done, report to the allotted college on the stipulated date along with all original documents and certificates for final admission confirmation.
1. Eligibility Criteria - Before proceeding further, ensure that you have cleared class 10th with at least 35% marks for you to be given admission by the University.
2. Pick up Application Form – Download the application form from the polytechnic institute office, or you can purchase the form at a certain fee.
3. Submission of Application Form – All the details in the application form should be filled with adequate care and the documents that should be attached are 10th mark sheet and certificates.
4. Send Application – The completed application form should be sent before the cut off date of the last date of submission at the Institute office, either online or offline as a process.
5. Last, an entrance exam may be given by the institute if any; it is advisable to work hard for this particular exam and get the best possible score.
6. Counselling Rounds – In case if called for counselling rounds, go through the counselling session to confirm documents and academic performance.
