Guru Ravidas Ayurved University in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, offers various courses in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy and nursing. Undergraduate courses are offered in subjects such as BAMS, B.Sc Nursing, and BYNS, and the requirements for them require 10+2 qualification in Biology for Madhayan BAMS, 10+2 qualification in Biology for Nursing, and 10+2 qualification in science stream for BYNS. The entrance test accepted for admission comprises of the NEET and the entrance examination set by the university.
The university provides education in various streams, primarily in Ayurveda, Nursing, Yoga & Naturopathy. 4. This involves the migration certificate or transfer certificate from the school or college most recent in the applicant’s educational journey to monitor their academic performance.
5. Current passport size photos of the applicant for identification and production of identification card upon admission.
6. Any other state or category specific documents such as domicile certificate, income proof or the caste certificate in case of reserved category for admission application.

2. Determine the field of research interest along with the prospective supervisor as per university offerings. Shortlist a few options.
3. You can download the application form from the university site or you can get it from the campus itself. Complete according to documents and documents needed.
4. PhD required documents, fees and the official filled application form has to be submitted to the university on or before the last date.
5. Once a person gets an application accepted, he/she should attend an entrance test arranged by the university in question. Qualifying cut-off is 50%.
6. When a candidate is short-listed, s/he is invited for an interview. After the final selection, the candidate can join the PhD program under the given allotment of the supervisor.

1. Candidates should have passed the MBBS degree from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% marks for the reserved category candidates.
