Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar has been coming up with many undergraduate and postgraduate program in arts, science, commerce, law, education etc and the eligibilities also differs with the department. To get admissions in B.A. in subjects like English, Economics, History one has to pass 12th in the respective stream with at least 50% aggregate percentage. Admission at UET accepts CUET, CET, SEE, ICOM, BBS, ETEA etc examination. For B.Sc. In Maths, Physics, Chemistry; applicants need to have passed 12th in science stream with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology and obtained minimum 55% marks. Yes, some of them are such as the JEE Mains, CUET among others. Candidates with 60% aggregate and having passed 12th in any stream with Maths/ Accountancy as one of the subjects are eligible for B.Com. For BBA admissions the criteria of eligibility is 50% in 12th examination from any stream. CUET, UP B.ED and similar exams are recognised for B.ED program.
The university provides a multitude of UG and PG level courses like B.A, B.Sc., M.A., M.Sc., B.C.A, B.B., B.Com., BBA, BCA, B.Ed., B.P.Ed., LLB, MCA, M.Sc., M.A., M.Com., MBA. It is of great importance that one gets a good rank in the admission tests such as CUET for arts humanities and commerce, law and integrated courses, JEE Main for B.Tech, GATE for M.Tech, CMAT or CAT for management programs. Choose the program you want, and then complete the online application form in compliance with the guidelines available on the website. Scanned copies of photographs, signatures and other essentials like the educational documents, the caste certificate (if any) etc have to be uploaded Along with the payment of the application fee through online payment options.
For the offline admission the application form and prospectus can be collected from the university counter on cash payment of the charges required. Encircle the form and other compulsory specifications, and attach self-attested photocopies of the documents and the demand draft of the application fee at the Admission Office. It is offered to candidates who meet the prerequisites, pass the relevant exams, and who can secure a place in their chosen course. The selection list is published on the official website and the notice board and aspirants can get the list from there. As a result, the students selected for admission must make the final necessary formalities regarding admission within the set date.
