Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University is a central university nestled in Srinagar, Uttarakhand. This university was set up in the year 1973 and is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and it holds the B grade accreditation of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
