The documents required at the time of application and counseling are as follows:
1. Class 12th Percentage: Candidate should have passed in Twelve standard or its equivalent examination with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
2. Entrance Test: As per the subject, for which the candidate is applying, he needs to write national or state level entrance examination. Some of the tests have become quite famous and include JEE Main, UGAT among others.
3. Personal Interview: Candidates are short listed based on class 12th percentage and entrance test conducted by the institution and those who are short listed are required to attend a interview session. Interviewing reveals their interests, their attitude towards work and their aptitude for training.
4. Category/Quota: Lateral entry fee structure has the following classifications of seats for categories like SC, ST, OBC, PwD, etc. as per the government of India norms. For these Category III candidates, selection criteria is usually less stringent by 5 percent.

4. It will take you to the page for the application to the particular program/position. If you are a new user then you would click on ‘New Registration’. Fill in all necessary information to create your log in information.
5. Starting from this session, use the new login information to access the application. You need to complete the online application form and be sure to fill all necessary fields.
6. Photographs, signatures, educational certificates/marksheets etc. should be scanned and uploaded if required.
7. It is preferred that the application fee be paid online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
8. After completing the application form, it is necessary to take a printed copy of the document for further use.

1. JEE Advanced Rank: JEE Advanced exam result determines the rank and based on this rank the admission is granted to the candidates. The JEE Advanced examination is held for those candidates who have previously appeared for the JEE Mains and qualified for the same.
2. Class 12th Marks: To draw out the merit lists, equal weight is assigned to 60:40 of JEE Advanced rank and class 12th or equivalent examination. Minimum cut off mark in Class 12 is: – Aggregate 75% (65% for SC/ST)
3. Category: There are separate quotas given for different category of students as per the GOI norms such as OBC, SC, ST, PwD etc. Candidates are required to submit documents for category wise certificate for getting concession.
4. Choices Filled: In the counselling sessions, the candidates have to indicate their preferences for branches and based on their JEE ranks, options selected and the availability of seats, the candidates are allotted the colleges and branches they have chosen.

6. Choose D.Pharma as your program and complete all the necessary fields of the application form including the academic and the personal information.

8. It is also recommended to complete the payment of the application fee through net banking, debit card, or credit card.
