JNVU has many faculties in the field of arts, science, commerce, laws, management, and education and it extends the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programs. Few of the most popular UG courses available to students along with the corresponding requirements include: B.Sc. A PCM in 12th with minimum 50% marks for Maths/Physics/Chemistry, B.Com for any group in 12th with 45% marks, BA in Economics/History/Sociology, BBA for any group in 12th with 50% marks, BCA for 12th with Maths/Statistics, LLB for any bachelor degree 45% marks, B.Ed for bachelor degree in relevant teaching subject Few of the important Post Graduate courses are here along with the required qualification MA (English/Hindi/Sociology) – 45% marks in respective bachelor degree, M.Sc. Chemistry/Zoology – Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects with not less than fifty percent marks, MBA – Bachelor degree of any recognized University in any discipline with not less than fifty percent marks, MCA – Bachelor degree of any recognized University in Computer Science or BCA with not less than fifty percent marks. Following admission tests are accepted: CUCET, NPAT, JNVUAEE, JNVUBSE among others.
JNVU provides various programs under its B.com, B.Sc, BA, BBA, BCA, LL.B, B.Ed, B.Sc Agriculture, B.Tech & BCA etc. It is estimated that the main intakes for the next academic year 2024 would be open from June 2023. Other standard examinations like CUCET, NPAT, JNVUAEE, JNVUBSE will also be considered for admissions. However, for some courses University also carries out the JNVU Entrance Exam as well. Details on admission calendar and applications will be available on the university website from April 2023. The admission dates are CUCET Exam – Second week, May-2023, JNVUAEE Exam – June 2023, NPAT Exam – June 2023. There are also merits for direct admission as per the requirement.
To apply online, interested candidates can go through its official website for JNVU Jodhpur at univjad.org and then on the home page, there shall be a link called ‘Online Admission’. They can choose the relevant course, complete the application form, upload any necessary materials, make payments for the application fees, and submit the form.
For offline submissions, the application form that the aspirant is to fill out is obtainable from the website of the university. The application forms completed in all respect, self attested photocopies of the following certificates/ documents such as Mark sheets of the qualifying examination, Certificates, Caste certificate if applicable, other testimonials etc should be sent to The Registrar JNV University Jodhpur – 342005 Rajasthan only. Application fees can be remitted through Demand Draft only on this university and in favour of JNV University, Jodhpur.

Documents Required for Admission in JNVU Jodhpur for Different Courses:
1. Academic Merit: This is based on the results of their qualifying examination that is the graduation exam for candidates. The percentage scores have a preferential order of the higher percentage scores over the lower ones.
2. Entrance Test: All the candidates are required to write the entrance examination of the university and must get the minimum required marks as stated by the university authorities. The test includes the ability to teach, general information, and other aspects of a person.
3. Personal Interview: Candidates who clear the merit-list and the entrance examination are to undergo an interview process where their interests, outlook, communication skills, etc are tested.
4. Reservation Policy: The government has provided the facility to clutch seats for the respective categories as per its rules and regulation.
5. Additional Weightage: Papers such as NCC, NSS, sports certificates etc may also carry little extra weightage if allowed by the university norms.

2. On the homepage, next to the tab with a description of the online application process, there will be a link that says “Online application portal”, click on this. Another page will open.
3. On the same window, select the course as ‘B.Ed’ in the drop down list.
4. Now, you have to fill in the necessary information and get yourself registered such as name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc., and you will get an application number and password.
5. After entering the login credentials, complete the application form. Fill in all the academic and personal information as well as in the best way possible.
6. Upload scanned images of the documents as required such as photograph and signature, caste certificate etc., and the mark sheets for the qualifying examination(s) in the prescribed format.
7. Pay online applications fees through the use of credit card, debit card or through online banking.
8. Make sure to look at the form once it is filled and cross check everything before submitting the form.
9. Candidates are allowed to download and print the confirmation page with the application number for further use.
10. However, after the application form is submitted, it cannot be altered in any way so ensure you fill it wisely.
