Kumaraguru Kasthuri Ranganathan University Nalanda (KK University Nalanda) is a private university, which is located in Bihar’s Nalanda. KK University Nalanda was set up in the year 2023 and is accredited as well as UGC recognized while also being affiliated with the government of Bihar. The University has NAAC accreditation and has been granted Grade A for its performance. NIRF Rankings 2023 of KK University Nalanda where it stands 65 among all universities in the country.
It is a teaching and research institution which has a broad range of programs for the students at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate levels in various faculties of engineering and technology, management studies, science, commerce, arts, law, agriculture, and teacher education etc. Some of the most common courses are B.Tech, MBA, B.Sc, B.A, B.Com, LL.B, B.Ed. Recently, the admission process was initiated in January every year and the students are allowed to apply both online and offline modes. The university administers its own tests in the months of May and June for the admission of students to this prestigious university. This is also done on the basis of national level tests such as CAT, GATE, CLAT etc.
KK University Nalanda having a functional placement cell which provides internships and placement opportunities for the students in various organizations. More than 80% of the students who appeared for placements across various courses have been placed over the last three years. Some of the recruiters which were visiting the campus are Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Reliance, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Federal Bank, TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Voltas, Bosch etc. The highest salary package has been 18 LPA and the average package ranges in between 5-6 LPA for the batch 2023.

Placement cell of K.K. University Nalanda is dedicated and functional in providing the students suitable employment with reputed employers. The biggest employers in this region are Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Deloitte and others. The maximum salary given in placements was 22 LPA by Microsoft. In case of salary package, the salary offered or the average salary package across branches is about 6.5 LPA.
