Kumaun University Nainital provides a wide range of programs for students that can be pursued at the graduation and post graduation level in sciences, commerce, arts, law and management streams. The popular courses include Bachelor of Science for subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Botany and Zoology and the applicant must have not less than 50 % average in 12th boards. BCom, BA and BBA degrees take the score of all the national level entrance exam such as JEE Mains, CAT, MAT, XAT. For the integrated Master in Economics, MBA, MCA, MSc and other PG degree the applicant requires a Bachelor’s degree with minimum aggregate marks of 50 to 55% depending on the department.

Documents Required for Admission in KU Nainital for Different Courses:
1. When applications are opened, check notification and fill in the online application on the University website for the desired course.
2. Sit for entrance test where necessary or merit list is prepared based on pass mark obtained in qualifying examination.
3. Provisional merit list of selected candidates is published; Candidates are advised to check the details given in the list and if there is any mistake, should report it.
4. New merit list up, check allotment and download allotment letter available.
5. Proceed for counseling on the date and time mentioned along with at least two sets of documents .
6. You get the documents of the college verified, then pay the fees and get the admission confirmed.
7. Submit all documents and final payments to the specific college assigned during the final admission procedure.
