Regarding the admission calendar for streams and courses for the batch of 2024, the process usually starts in October/November 2023 after the announcement of the examination dates. For admission, candidates have the option to apply through the online portal provided on the LPU website or through the admissions department. The admission process involves qualifying examination, additional test if the candidate has not attempted other examinations such as LPU-NEST, interview stages and finally job offers.
Lovely Professional University (LPU) in Jalandhar has both online and offline admission forms that are available for the prospective students to apply for the various programs offered by the university at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
To apply online, one has to access LPU official site by using Internet on their laptop or computer and type lpunjab.com and then click on apply now. Choose your program of choice and if you are a new user, you will be required to enter your email address and some of your personal information. Submit the Application Online: Complete the online application form and attach the scanned copies of documents such photos, signature, educational certificates etc. Pay the application fee through the card payment, net banking, or UPI. Press the submit button to confirm your entries and also make sure to download or print a copy for use later.
For the offline admission, prospective students should physically come to the LPU campus and obtain the application form from the admission cell after the payment of the fee. The applicant should complete the form with personal and academic information then enclose with the documents required photocopy which should be attested. Originals and photo copies of the application along with attested certificates along with the fee through DD should be submitted at the admission counter on or before the last date. Decisions on admission are sent via email and they do this while the applicant can track the admission status through the application number. The admission process is however considered to be complete only when documents submitted by the students are scrutinized and fees charged at the time of registration.

- LPU Jalandher generally commences the admission process for B.Tech in the month of March or April every year. As for the requirements, the application process lasts till August- September.
