The courses are offered major domain area such as Arts, Science, Engineering, Law, Management, Pharmacy, and Nursing offered by the Manipur University Imphal. The criteria for the eligibility of a candidate differs from one course to another. For the Bachelor of Arts (BA) programs the candidate should pass the 10+2 with 45% marks. For B.Sc. programmes, a pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology with minimum 45% marks is necessary. The BTech programs have the basic eligibility of the 10+2 pass and with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as subjects and minimum 50% marks. Usually the undergraduate course BBA and postgraduate course MBA demand graduation degree with minimum 45% and 50% marks respectively.
It has graduate and post-graduate classes which offer a wide range of courses such as BA, BSc, MA, MSc, BTech, MTech, BBA, MBA, LLB, BPharma, and Nursing. Applicants are supposed to fill up university admission forms available online at the university website or physical forms that can be obtained from designated banks. Appointments are made to written tests therefore determining who is best suited to be hired. All categories candidates are welcome and for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates respective norms of the institute.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Photo identification like Aadhaar card, voter ID card, or driving license for identification proof and to ensure that the customer is above 18 years of age.
2. Natinal/state education board pass certificate and marksheet for confirmation of passing 10th standard for Class 10th pass .
3. Certificate and mark sheet of class 12th passed by the respective state or national education board for confirmation of clearance of higher secondary education.
4. Mark sheets for the previous grade/year from the school or college last attended for proving the education continuity.
5. Affidavit for caste certificate for the candidates from respective reserved categories SC/ST/OBC to establish the genuineness of the candidates to admit in institution under quota.
6. Income certificate of the candidates seeking fee concession or scholarships & any other certificates required as mentioned in the admission form like domicile certificate.
1. Fill up admission form in university portal or download the form from the university website when admission form is opened for the particular course.
2. If any take the entrance exam otherwise apply as per the marks scored in the qualifying examination.
3. To determine selected course and college of desired candidate, one should check merit list and number of available seats.
4. Finally register for admission at the allotted college according to merit rank before the stipulated date.
5. Ensure completion of all admissibility documents, as well as the payment of the admission fees before the given time.
6. Pay required school fees, undergo interviews and exams among other processes to gain admission, get an identity card to attend classes.
1. They have to pass 55% marks in the relevant bachelor’s degree and also clear the entrance examination in case it is required.
2. Fill online or offline both fully completed with necessary documents before the last date as followed by the university notification.
3. Take the entrance examination if any or wait for their turn according to their eligibility for merit list.
4. The merit list is also to be checked when issued to find the name along with the department/college assigned.
5. Have the required certificates attested, Pay the admission fee either online or offline for the seat to be earned.
6. Submit the documents on the specified date in the allotted department and complete your admission process.

2. Choose course and college according to the availability and fill the form either online our offline.

4. Before the due date of last admission, if you were selected then pay the admission and tuition fee as applicable.
5. Documents verification, registration, and collecting the ID card and the receipt of the fee paid will be done.

4. Visit the Announcements tab to check your merit list when it is released to see if you have been selected.
5. Present original documents and admission fees as evidence of admission into the relevant institutions.
6. Finish with the documentation process such as signing on forms, collecting Identification card.

1. Some of these include the qualifying exam score which has to meet the prescribed cut off; NET/SET score which must be valid.

4. The second important point is to complete an online application form and pay fees before the deadline.
5. Join entrance examination and/or interview as may be arranged.
6. Ensure that one’s name is on the admission list if called forward, and undertake all the admission requirements if admitted.
