NIMS University Jaipur is one of the top universities in Rajasthan offers various programs in medical, paramedical, nursing, pharmacy, management, humanities, arts, sciences, agriculture. The eligibility criteria for MBBS course is 50% in PCB and English for the students who have completed their Class XII. Accepted exams include NEET. To get enrolled in BDS, one must appear for the NEET examination and must qualify the exam. B.Pharm admits students from Class 12 with Physics, chemistry, maths/ biology as passing requirement. The required entrance examination is JEE Main /state level exam. CSE/ECE/Civil based B.Tech programmes can be availed by the aspirants with JEE Main rank or Class 12 PCM minimum 60 % marks.
The process of admission is normally taken from February of every year. Some of the programmes which are offered by the various streams are MBBS, BDS, MD, BPT, B.Pharm, Pharm D, GNM, BSc Nursing, MBA, BBA, BCA, BA LLB, B.Com, B.Ed, BTech CSE, Mech, ECE, BSc – Medical Lab Technician, Cardiac Care, Dialysis Technician, Diploma – Nursing, OT Technology. Some of the key exams and the probable timings include National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Under Graduate (NEET) which is conducted on the First Sunday of May 2024, Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) that is held in January and April 2024, NIMS University Entrance Test that is conducted in April June 2024.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Official identification that includes an address, for example, an Aadhaar card, voter card or passport.
2. School leaving certificate, proof of passing class 10 by the board and marks statement.
3. Original passing certificate and mark-sheet of class 12 from the concerned board.
4. Mark sheets and passing certificate of the previous standard if applying for postgraduate courses.
5. Two passport size photographs.
6. Document that is created in the online counseling process to give a provisional allotment for a specific course.
1. Fill the online or offline forms for the admission in UG/PG courses as per the requirements of the course and entrance examination. Applications open April-May.
2. Candidates who passed this stage were invited for the written examination and or interview session from June to July.
3. merit list published on institute website after the completion of examination/interview for admission.
4. They pay a fee to secure a place in the institution from late July for the candidates selected.
5. All verification completed, last approval for courses like MBBS, MD/MS, MDS admission permitted.
6. For induction program classes start immediately after, and for others classes begin in August following the academic calendar timetable.
7. The seat allocation process is continuous until all the seats are filled and there is a special round for SC/ST/OBC category candidates.

4. Paying application fee - Pay the specific application fee using online payment methods.
5. Merits list – A merit list is declared based on 12th percentage and displayed on the website of the particular college/institution.
6. Counseling – shortlisted students are invited for counseling as per their merit rank with regards to documentary admissions.
7. Admission & fees payment – Lastly, the final year students gets admission in respective colleges and they have to pay fees for the admission as well as the confirmation.
