5. District document for candidates from the reserved categories willing to apply under quota.
6. Documents containing records of academic performance, reputation and history such as transfer certificate, migration certificate and conduct certificate.

1. Obtain the application form from the university office, or use the online admission portal of the university to apply before the deadline.
2. There are basic prescribed grounds, which include passing of 12th examinations in respective stream with minimum marks as per the category.
