Samana College of Design Studies in Vijayawada provides various courses in design related to different disciplines. The major sectors are Fashion Designing, Interior Designing, Jewellery Designing, Graphic Designing and Architecture. To seek admission to the 4-year B.Des degree courses, a candidate must have passed the 12th grade examination from any stream with not less than 50% of the total marks. The students are selected strictly on merit on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination. Recognized qualifying examinations are CBSE, ICSE, State Board, NIOS and all other equivalent 10+2 examinations.
