Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur updated its list of courses offered for the academic session 2024 with various Under Graduate and Post Graduate programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Commerce, Science, Aviation and many more For BTech Admission, candidate must passed 12th standard with PCM With minimum 50 % marks in PCM (45% for reserved category) and have a valid score in JEE Main/ M MAH CET/ CMAT/ CAT exams are conducted for admission in BBA and MBA. B.Sc. programmes admit students who have passed 12th Science, B.Com for any stream student with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC) marks in aggregate is eligible. BCA and MCA have the same level of 12th eligibility which includes Mathematics as compulsory and accepts the entrance tests namely IIT-JEE / MH-CET.
The University is also provided full campus and regular programmes such as B.Tech, MBA, B.Pharm, B.Sc. Besides regular and integrated PG & UG programs such as MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, B.Com, BA & B.Sc. in several specialties that allow covering the special interests and student backgrounds.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. For identity proof, any photo ID card such as Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport and any document for age proof.
2. Documents like passing certificates and mark lists of 10th and 12th standard along with educational certificates from any recognized boards to check the eligibility and academic background of the candidate.
3. College leaving or transfer certificate from the institution last attended as this shows academic record and transfer history.
4. A migration certificate for those students who have passed their SSC and HSC exams from some other board besides the Maharashtra state board for their better chance to get admission in university.
5. Mark sheets and transfer certificates from the previous institutions to corroborate the CGPA claimed during admission processes as per institutional norms.
6. Documents of entrance examination like MHT-CET in case applicable to strand and certain courses that need qualifying examination for admission.

3. Uni-gauge-e Engineering entrance test – Take the entrance exam that is facilitated by SGU known as the Uni-gauge-E. It has Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics multiple-choice questions.
4. Check merit list – SGU compiles and publishes the provisional merit list of the selected candidates in accordance with the scores obtained under the Uni-Gauge-E program.
5. Counselling – Make sure that the counselling session is attended as arranged. Choose your branch of B.Tech and college according to your merit rank, preference.
6. Admission confirmation – Submit documents, pay admission fees to confirm provisional admission and get Roll No.
