Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun – Uttarakhand has various courses in the field of Science, Commerce, and Arts, Engineering & Technology, Education, Law, Agriculture, etc.But all the course’s eligibility criteria are not the same. Details of eligibility criteria for admission into B.Tech programs such as Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil Engineering etc. B.Tech programs require 12th PCM with 60% marks. Medical and General test score is also accepted Medical and General test score is also accepted. For B.Sc in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Botany, Zoology – 12th standard PCM/PCB with 50% is required. For admission in BBA and BCA the candidate should have 50 % in 12th standard in any stream. There are many courses offered by this university such as BA in English, Economics, History, Psychology etc. The admission criteria for the undergraduate level is 12th passed with 50% marks from any stream. B.Ed program is in Graduation level and minimum qualification needed is 50 % marks. For higher programs such as M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Sc, MA, a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the course of choice with 50-60% is necessary. Direct admission is also possible, but candidates are required to take entrance tests like JEE Main, UGET, GURU RAMA RAI UNIVERSITY COMMON ENTRANCE TEST.
