Sri Krishnadevaraya University is a University located in the city of Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh, India. SKU was set up in the year 1981, The University is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is accredited by NAAC with B++ grade. In the NIRF rankings of 2023, SKU is placed in the category of universities and falls in the rank between 101-150.

Sri Krishnadevaraya University Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)

1. Undergraduate: The candidate must have cleared 10+2 or similar examination with at least 50% marks for general category students and 45% for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates. 

2. The candidate must have a relevant bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks in case of GEN/OBC (45% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD).

4. Even there is concession of 5% in the overall percentage for the candidates having minimum 3years of work experience related to the concerned program.  

5. Any candidate who wishes to seek admission to this university and has already passed the previous qualifying examination from Sri Krishnadevaraya University will be given 5% relaxation in the aggregate percentage norms.

The highest salary package is offered in the recent placement is Rs. 25 lakhs per annum by Microsoft. The gross mean salary without allowances for all branches was 6,50,000/- per annum, while gross mode salary including allowances for the same was Rs. 5,20,000/- per annum. An average of 74.5% of students from the eligible list were placed last year through campus interviews.
