Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. MBBS requires passing class 12 with biology, physics, chemistry in which the candidate must secure at least 50% aggregate marks.
2. Candidates with MBBS degree and passed with at least 55% marks aggregate from a recognized institute can pursue MD/MS programs.
3. For MDS program the candidate needs to complete his BDS degree from a recognised dental college with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
4. For DM/MCh programs, admission candidates need to have an MD/MS degree in the respective specialty with not less than 60% aggregate marks.
5. For admission in B.Sc Nursing, candidates completed 10+2 with sciences like physics, chemistry, biology and obtained minimum 45 % marks in aggregate.
6. The formal education necessary for paramedical programs involves 10+2 pass with physics, chemistry, biology with at least 50% marks total.
