Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Aadhaar card, voter ID card, a driving license, or a photo ID card that contains photo and name.
2. Mark sheet and certificate of passing the 10th standard showing passing status in the 10th standard examination from any known board.
3. The mark sheet and passing certificate of the 12th standard for students who have completed their Class 12 education from a recognized board.
4. Community certificate for candidates who have sought admission under any quotas meant for categories of the society.
