Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Original as well as photocopy of the documents containing date of birth and identity such as Aadhaar card, passport, driving licenses.
2. 10th standard pass certificate and mark-sheet containing subjects and marks obtained from the board.
3. Mark sheet of 12th standard, issued by the board, mentioning subjects offered and grades secured.
4. Photo ID proof, proof of residence, and community or caste certificate if one needs to avail of the reservation quota.
5. A letter from the school or college last attended, stating that the candidate was expelled, did not pass his/her exams, withdrew voluntarily.
6. Coloured passport size photographs taken within the last two months, hard copy of filled and submitted online admission application.
1. It is preferable to apply online or offline, the candidate needs to provide their 10th/12th mark, entrance test scores for UG, PG degree scorecards for PG.
2. The selected candidates for the next round were: The counselling session was held as per merit and quota system.
