The University of Kota have a numbers of undergraduate and postgraduate courses for different faculties of science, commerce, art, technical and management studies. To seek admission in the B.Tech program, candidates should have completed their 12th standard in PCMB stream with minimum 60% aggregate marks and should clear entrance tests such as JEE Main. The minimum requirement for B.Sc is one has to complete 10+2 in science stream and should have scored a minimum of 50%. For BA in Economics, their previous academic performance record for class 12th in any group with minimum 50% marks. The admission criteria to MCA programs include graduation in any discipline with Mathematics at either 10+2 or graduation level and minimum 50% marks.
The University provides undergraduate/postgraduate/PhD degree courses in the streams of science, arts, commerce, engineering, medical science, hotel management, law. The examination procedure mainly comprises of online/offline application forms, submission of documents, payment of application amount. For admission, a candidate must have clearance in previous classes, qualify selection tests like JEE Main, CLAT meets the laid down criteria for the course of their choice, apply before the deadline, sit for entrance test if any and complete the admission process once a candidate receives an alloting letter.
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Aadhar card, passport, driver’s license or any other government issued id proof for minimum age verification.
2. Documents to support previous academic achievements like 10th standard mark sheet and passing certificate from a recognized board.
3. 12th standard mark sheet and passing certificate from a recognized board to meet the subject eligibility criteria.
4. Results/Mark sheets showing the completion of graduation, if applying for Masters or PhD.
5. Quota if applicable Admission Admission required under quota Then, the student should provide the community/income certificate like SC/ST/OBC.
6. Migration/transfer certificate issued by the University last attended for credit transfer.

2. Some of the essential requirements to check prior to applying for admission includes qualifying exam scores, subjects, etc depending on the course.
3. Scan and upload passport size photographs, signature, certificates, etc. as per given guidelines.
4. If the application has been submitted, download the admit card from the website of the university and, if necessary, take entrance exam.

6. Full Admission – Ensure you provide the original certificates/documents, and the admission fees where and when required within the time stipulated.

2. Select the preferred specialized area of the MA program and complete all the personal, academic and contact information in the application form.
3. As per guidelines, upload scanned copies of qualification certificate, photos etc.
4. Submit the application fee for the exam through online payment gateway through credit/debit card, net banking etc.
5. It’s signed and printed and all the necessary documents which have been attached to the completed application form.
6. Duly filled printed application form along with photocopies of necessary documents must reach the concerned department office either by post/ courier or by the candidate himself/ herself before the last date.
7. Track your application with your registration particulars and wait for approval from the university.

6. Admission - After being provided with an admission, a candidate must take an admission by paying the admission fee before the deadline given, or else the admission is offered to the next qualified candidate.
1. ELIGIBILITY – Applicant must be a graduate with a minimum of 50 percent marks in the concerned subject of degree, for SC, ST and OBC candidates having 45 percent marks are also eligible.

6. Admission & payment – After seat matrix has been filled through the Counselling for each course, candidate has to pay the admission fee for finalizing the admission procedure.

5. Passing written test with minimum 40% marks in the entrance test. Interview afterward.
6. Check result – The merit list has been shared on the official website of the University of Lahore. Regarding admission, if selected, make payments for fees within the due dates.
1. Eligibility – Master’s degree in any subject with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade. One is not necessarily required to be in service to apply, final year students awaiting their results can apply.
2. Submission of the online application form – Required to fill in basic, academic, and research information. Upload documents. Pay application fees online.
3. Written test – You have to take up a subject related written test as per the notification. Qualifying candidates proceed.
4. Interview – Meet the face of the interview board concerning the proposed research area. Determine the applicant’s research skills and subject expertise.
5. Provisional admission – Candidates offered a provisional admission letter based on their performance but the eligibility of a candidate is still under review. Fulfil terms to confirm.
6. The final entry – Complete the remaining formalities of examination and fee payments and submit documents within the set dates to get a confirmed PhD offer and registration.
