The Usha Martin University Ranchi provides undergraduate and postgraduate course in various fields namely Engineering & Technology, Management, Computer Applications, Commerce, Design, Education, Science. For the B.Tech programs like CSE, ECE, Mechanical, Civil. The candidate needs to pass 12th or equivalent examination and must secure 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry. The candidates aspiring to get admission in MBA should have passed their bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Universities accept all forms of standardized tests such as the JEE Main, CAT, MAT, XAT among others. Even the bachelor’s in design and master in design or BDes MDes accept the NID/UCEED score or university examination. The BEd program which is offered at the college also welcomes candidates who took the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. Certification of the applicant for identification like Aadhaar card, voter ID card, or driving license to support your identification and age.
2. Passing certificate of class tenth as an evidence of education qualification and mark sheet of class tenth for showing details of subjects and marks secured therein.
3. Marksheet and passing certificate of 12th class which includes key subjects studied, marks/grades obtained in the respective subjects for an academic merit.
4. Transfer certificate from the education board last attended to facilitate the tracking the students academic records.
5. The latest passport size photographs to stick on the admission form besides other records for enrollment purposes after admission has been granted.
6. Any other document like income proof , domicile certificate , reserved category certificate if one is coming under any reserved quota. More conditions can be applied to certain types of programs.
1. Eligibility – For the posts of Assistant Commissioner/Commercial Tax, the candidates must possess a Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks or having an equivalent grade.
2. Online application – Complete and submit the online application form with details about the applicant, his/her academic background, and research proposal, and make the application fee online.
3. Take entrance exam – A written test that takes place in July or August, the exam examines research skills, subject knowledge, and language skills.
4. Interviews – The qualified candidates from the written test take interviews during August-September, wherein research aptitude is evaluated.
5. The candidates selected for the particular course – The list declared in September of the students who have been selected and the actual admission granted.
6. Course registration – Attend all necessary documentations, make payment and register for Ph.D program as planned. Courses are started in January session.

1. Eligibility Criteria - The candidate must have passed the Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks from any University recognized by the University Grants Commission.

6. Counselling and Admission – Counselling session are organized and selected students who attend and get itself registered for the admission process are offered provisional admission to the MBA programme.

1. Print application form from the website of the university or come to the campus to obtain an application form.
2. Sit and pass for the JEE Main or UMUEEE entrance examination and obtain valid score in it.
3. Check merit list when out and determine whether the candidate is eligible for counseling.
4. Go for counseling as per the timetable previously agreed, select branch and register by paying the admission fees.
5. Upload scan copy of documents and receive admission letter from university (Preliminary Admission Letter).
6. Submit the report to the department to which they are assigned, clear the registration process and get enrolled for the classes.
