The basic requirements for admission to PhD program involves the candidate must be a post graduate and he/ she should have secured at least 55% of marks. The entrance exam that is considered when applying for a PhD admission are different in every department; for instance, the Faculty of Management Studies requires Students to provide scores of UGC NET/SET, GATE or any other examination. The Faculty of Education accepts UGC NET, SET or any other examination conducted by a recognized University as per the norms of the Faculty Research Committee. For Economics, passed or accepted exams are UGC-NET with JRF or UGC-NET in Economics.
