BIT Patna training and placement cell organizes campus placements every year for the benefit of the students. Some of the renowned organizations that have come to place their students through BITP include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, L&T, Voltas, IBM, Accenture among others. The maximum salary package offered for the batch of 2023 was 32 LPA offered by Microsoft. The placements received a good response from different companies and IT sectors offered an average salary package of 8-10 lakhs per annum for computer science and engineering students. The percentage of students placed in reputed firms in the year 2023, out of the total students, who appeared for placement was 90 percent. The leading recruiters for the batches were Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys and Hero Motocorp.
