P. R. Pote Patil College of Engineering and Management in Amravati, Maharashtra is one of the educational institutions providing engineering and management courses in the region with various disciplines. The requirements for the eligibility is different in some departments. For admission to Computer Science engineering, the students should have necessarily passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects ONLY and have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. JEE Main, MHT CET, and Maharashtra diploma are recognized qualifying exams to apply for admission in the institute. For Electronics and telecommunication Engineering, there is admission through MHT CET or through JEE main rank of the student with subjects as Maths, Physics and Chemistry at 10+2 level. Information Technology has similar eligibility criterion as other departments with the accepted examinations being MHT-CET and JEE Main. Civil Engineering department offers admission through MHT-CET, JEE Main and diploma students also having Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 10+2.
