Sinhgad College of Engineering (SCOE) is affiliated to the University of Pune, it is one of the engineering colleges in Pune, Maharashtra. SCOE was set up in the year 1960 and it is associated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). SCOE is one of the fastest growing engineering institute with the campus size of 60 acres, currently we are providing the quality technical education to more than 4000 students. The college has got ‘A’ grade by NAAC which denotes the college’s capacity to affect academic excellence. SCOE also has the NIRF ranking 2023 where it is ranked 151 in the engineering category, thereby testifying the college as one of the best engineering colleges in India.
SCOE provides under graduate level courses under B.Tech which are also provided under various disciplines like computer engineering, information technology, electronics and telecommunication engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering etc. The B.Tech course is for a duration of four years and is designed to provide the students with strong theoretical and practical knowledge along with the industrial exposure. These programs are admission through state & national level Central/University Joint Entrance Examinations for Engineering. The examination dates for both MHTCET 2024 and JEE Mains 2024, the two examinations used for SCOE admissions, should be out soon. The exam conducting authority comes out with moderately difficulty question papers and which allows multiple attempts to engineer aspirants to get an assured seat in SCOE.
