Amity University is a private university in Noida, Uttar Pradesh it was established in the year 2005. Amity University was set up in 2005 and is certified under the UGC Act and possesses an ‘A’ grade accreditation from NAAC. The NIRF ranking for the year 2023 placed the Amity University in the 101-150 bracket in the country. 

Amity has the list of around 300 programs at the UG, PG and doctoral level across the wide spectrum of disciplines such as management, engineering, biotechnology, law, communication, arts, science, healthcare, commerce, education. 1. 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with minimum 50% in aggregate for all the streams. The candidates of any discipline/ stream are eligible, be it Arts, Commerce, Science.

2. For the BTech programs the candidate should have passed 10+2 and should have mathematics physics and chemistry as subjects with minimum aggregate of marks as per the program. 

3. Depending on the program, there could be extra requirements such as entrance test score among others. For detailed information regarding the criteria for each program, it is advisable to visit the relevant university’s website.

4. For the learners who attend the various classes, it has been established that there is no fixed age in which a person should enroll to attend classes. Candidates who want to apply for the scholarship can be Indian students.

5. For postgraduate programs must have a relevant bachelor’s degree with minimum marks in percentage as per the course.  

6. Foreign candidates must have equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities where eligibility is required.

The maximum paid package of the year 2024 was of Rs. 27, 50,000/- per annum by an international investment bank, the Goldman Sachs.
