Swami Vivekanand University Sagar is one of the prominent university in Madhya Pradesh is established in 2012 and offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of science, commerce, arts, engineering, pharmacy etc the eligibility criteria may vary from course to course. For B.Tech Course, candidates should have passed 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics with at least 50% marks. Some of the recognised examinations include JEE Mains, MP PET. For BPharma the requirement is that one should pass 12th with physics chemistry and biology/Mathematics minimum 50% marks. Admission to MP PAT & JEE Mains are accepted. The eligible candidates must have passed 12th in relevant stream with minimum 45% marks for getting admission in BA/BSc/BCom programs. Yielded examination is the test conducted by the university itself.

Swami Vivekanand University Sagar has several undergraduate programs that are offered across various disciplines. BTech program of the College of Engineering of the University of Delhi has several branches such as Computer Science, Electronics and Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and so on The admission criteria to this program is having passed class 12th and scoring at least 50% marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. Students can apply through MP PET exam For admission in B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharmacy, and other medical courses, the students can appear for MP PET exam. The BSc programs offered in the academic field of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany and Zoology require the class 12th passed in science stream with minimum 50% marks. The acceptable entrance exams include MP PET, JEE Mains, and Direct Admission. The BCom professional and BCom honors programs admit students based on the aggregate percentage of class 12th in any stream with 50% marks. MP PET, SAT, and direct admissions are the ones available. BA in subjects like Economics English Political Science and many more accepts class 12th pass in any stream with 50% through M.P PET and different colleges also provide direct admission.
