1. Quantity of Marks obtained in CMAT/KMAT/PGCET – A total of 50% weightage is assigned to marks secured in CMAT, KMAT, or PGCET. One of the compulsory requirements is that the candidates must have appeared for one of the three exams mentioned above and must have scored a valid number.
2. Performance in Undergraduate Degree – It is an important criterion which constitutes 30% of total weightage and will be based on marks/CGPA secured in the relevant Undergraduate Degree. Minimum eligibility is 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in all individual semesters or trimesters, as the case may be.
3. Personal performance during the interview - As mentioned, 10% total weight age is provided to personal performance during the interview. A series of interviews are conducted to determine a candidate’s academic performance, objective, and talking ability among others.
4. Relevant experience preferred - the criterion is assigned a weightage of 5% and it has to do with relevant experience of the candidates. Candidates from the fresher category are also welcome to visit for the interview for the post of senior executive.
5. Co-curicular Activities – 5% weight is provided for the co-curricular performances and accomplishment of the candidates. Examples of these involve games, arts, culture, welfare services and many others.
