GNIOT Group of Institutions is situated in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh and comprises of various disciplines of study at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in the fields of engineering, management, computer application, journalism & mass communication, agriculture, education, commerce, arts, science & more. These are computer science, electronics, mechanical, civil, electrical, biotechnology, MBA, marketing, finance, HR, analytics, BCA, MCA, BSc., MSc. physics, chemistry, mathematics, BA, MA in mass communication, journalism, psychology English etc. The entrance requirement for the BTech programme includes candidates must have passed the 12th with minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB for general candidates ( Candidates who have passed graduation from any discipline with more than 50% marks in aggregate can apply for MBA (45% for reserved category). The most acceptable exams include JEE Mains, UPSEE, CAT, MAT, XAT, among others.
Some of the relevant examination dates and deadlines for admissions for 2024 batch across the programme are JEE Mains –April, UPSEE- Last week of April, CAT – November last week, MAT – February, XAT – First week of January and so on. In order to register the students have to come to the institute either online or offline and provide documents like 10th, 12th marksheets, graduate certificate, qualifying exam scores, ID proof and photographs. It is important to note that the concept of selection will entail merit, qualification, reservation and preference. Students who will be given the admission offer will be informed via their registered contact details once they make the necessary admission fees as communicated. Session commences in July.
To get admission through an offline process, one needs to visit the institute, located in Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, for admission office. This could be obtained through the post or by downloading it from the website or by obtaining a copy from the information brochure. The columns of the form should be duly filled with information relevant to the course to be pursued, two passport size photographs, photocopies of 10th and 12th standard mark sheets, and other documents. Enclose the Demand Draft of the amount towards the Application Fee with the completed form and submit the same at the admission counter or post the form to the given address of the campus before the last date. The candidates should ensure that they go through the application requirements section before proceeding to apply. They work under the state government and admit students on merit or through entrance examination.

Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
1. It is an entrance exam conducted at both state as well as at the national level like JEE Main, UPSEE, etc. Students need to secure the prescribed cut off marks in these entrance exams.
2. In cases where admissions are based on entrance exams, then merit list is determined based on marks/ rank. This is followed by the process of counseling where the candidates are assigned their seats according to their ranks, the availability of the seats and the options they fill in.
3. In case of admissions based on class 12th marks, there is a minimum percentage score of around 45-60% for different branches. Maths is one of the core subjects students are mandated to take at school.
4. There are other ways through which some of these institutions allocate the remaining seats, and these are the direct management quotas.
5. This follows the reservation and state domicile criteria as per government rules for distribution of seats.
6. Another area that requires matching is that of examining subjects’ criteria, eligibility conditions for entrance tests, etc., of the examinee.
7. The final offer is on the provision that candidates meet the academic and document requirements, medical fitness, fees payment, and reporting to the program as confirmed.
1. Check Eligibility - First of all, you must be admitted to GNIOT and qualify for the B.Tech program requirements. This includes qualities like age, school grades, test scores and the likes.
2. Fill Application Form - The GNIOT admissions can either be done online by accessing the website of the institution or one can fill physical form. Carefully provide all details that are necessary and submit it before the date that is stated with application fee.
3. Upload Documents - Scanned copies of documents required for submitting the application should be uploaded as per the set standards. This is in addition to documents such as mark sheets of 10th and 12th standards, entrance test score cards and passport size photographs.
4. Pay Admission Fee - If called, make the admission either online or offline payment to secure the admission and hold the seat out.
5. Report for Counselling - Show up for the counselling session as per the date and time that have been assigned to you. Original documents such as passports, visas, Alien Cards, Permanent Resident Cards, etc., should be brought along to be produce for verification purposes.
6. Confirm Admission - Once the documents are verified along with the payment of the fees, your admission in B.Tech program in GNIOT Greater Noida will be finalised.
- Interview Performance: Shortlisted candidates for the respective posts will be required to appear for personal interviews in which elements such as knowledge of the subject, communicational abilities, aptitudes, and interests will be tested.
- Work Experience: Experience relevant to the subject of study if any is normally accorded higher priority during recruitment. This is especially valid for sponsored/ part-time candidates.

3. Please ensure that you fill in the application form accurately and submit it accompanied by photocopies of relevant documents and application fees by the stipulated date. This is mostly in June because this is when most of the students in the schools complete their studies and join the institutions.
4. Sit for GNIOT own entrance examination, GNIOT Entrance Exam is conducted in June/July every year or have a valid GATE score. According to your performance overall percentile, you will be intimated for the counselling and document verification.
5. Go for counselling as per the scheduled time where you would be required to submit your original documents for authentication. The admission will be granted on the basis of merit, course preference, seats available in the discipline, etc.
