1. As per the procedure of admissions of B.Tech programme of KCCITM Greater Noida, the candidates will have to appear in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) conducted by Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow for getting admission.
2. A candidate shall have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination or any other examination in any stream conducted by any recognized central or state Board or institution with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together.
3. UPSEE is an entrance exam through which candidates get registered to participate in the counseling process for allotment of seats to different colleges and branches according to the rank secured by the candidate and the choices filled by him/her during the counseling process and following rules of reservation.
4. If any of the seats are vacant, direct admission to B.E/B.Tech for PCM Stream for the candidates as per merit in 10+2 will be allowed on the basis of the first come first served basis.
5. For direct admission to the 2nd year of B.Tech, candidates who possess a valid diploma certificate can apply and admission will be offered on the basis of merit of the UPSEE and the preference of the candidate.
1. Check Eligibility- In order to apply for CET you required to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 55% marks in PCM for general category and 50% for SC/ST category.
2. Fill the Application Form- You can obtain the application form from KCCITM admissions website or you can get the application form from the campus.
3. Attach Required Documents - Some key documents needed are: The list of required documents includes 10th and 12th mark sheets, passport photos, Aadhaar card copy, etc.
4. Pay the Application Fee- The application fee also has to be paid either through the online payment gateway or by sending a Demand Draft. This is because most of the fees are stated on the website, and checking the fees will help in determining the services to be offered by the institution.
5. Submit the Application- Finally, send the completed application form enclosed with the documents and receipt of payment to the department of admissions, KCCITM.
6. Appear for Counselling - In case of being shortlisted, you will need to attend counseling rounds to finalize seat and admission process.
