Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. For admission in undergraduate engineering programs like B.Tech, the students should have passed 12th or equivalent exam in PCM and minimum 60% aggregate marks.
2. For MBA & MCA courses, pass in any recognized university graduate with 50% marks in aggregate will be eligible for admission. Competition tests such as CAT/ MAT are compulsory to sit in and clear.
3. The BCA program enables applicants possessing 12th standard pass certificate with Mathematics as one of compulsory subjects and minimum 50% marks in aggregate. There is no entrance test for the admission process in any of the colleges or universities.
4. Candidates who passed the 10th standard with minimum 50% aggregate marks in the respective stream can apply for the polytechnic diploma programs and get admission in the preferred course. There will be written test that will be conducted to admit students into the University.
5. In addition to obtaining valid GATE/NET score, one has to complete postgraduation in a relevant engineering stream to get admission in PhD program. Candidates who have made the final list sit for an interview.
6. Existing norms of minimum eligibility criteria revised downwards by 5% for SC/ST/OBC candidates across all programmes. Preference given to work experience in a related field or education beyond the required level.
