RVS College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore was started in the year 2008 in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. The college also provides under graduate courses in various disciplines such as B.Tech in Computer science & engineering, Electronics & communication engineering, Electrical & electronics engineering, Mechanical engineering, Automobile engineering, Civil engineering, BCA & MCA, B.Sc in computer science, Physics, chemistry & mathematics, MSc Mathematics and MBA in finance, marketing human resource and system.
In the case of the number of students, eligibility differs across different departments. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is, candidates should have passed 12th or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as its main subjects provided the candidate should secure minimum 45% aggregate. For BCA, it is mandatory that the candidates must have passed 12th class examination from a recognized board or university along with Mathematics as one of the subjects. MCA eligibility calls for at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Application/Computer Science or any other discipline recognized as equivalent by any university or institution. For MBA, candidate should have graduation degree in any field with minimum 50% marks for General/OBC category and 45% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates. The other qualifying examinations for admission include TNSCHE, JEE Mains, GATE, TANCET and the RVS college entrance test.

Documents Required for Admission in RVS College of Engineering and Technology Coimbatore for Different Courses:
1. College’s official website can be visited at www.rvscet.ac.in and on the admission tab, you would find the link for the online application form for B.E. programs.
2. Register online by providing the necessary application details, entrance scores, desired program, and scans of documents.
3. To continue the process, make the application fee payment by selecting a payment method offered online.
4. After completing the application form, please download or print the final application form with the application number.
5. Application form can be downloaded from the official website, the same can be filled up and sent by post or personally to the admission office, along with photocopies of the documents.
