Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET) is a Self financing private university in India under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 established at Raghogarh, Guna district, Madhya Pradesh. JUET was established in the year 2011 and the university is recognized under U.G.C act and the courses offered are approved by A.I.C.T.E. NAAC accredited the university as grade ‘A’ in the recent accreditation done in the year 2022. In NIRF Ranking 2023, JUET has been ranked in the category of 151-200 for Engineering Colleges in India.
The university caters for all levels of learning including undergraduate, post graduate, masters and even doctoral level. The major streams includes - Engineering & Technology, Computer Applications, Management, Life & Natural sciences, humanities & social sciences. JUET has its own entrance examination that takes place in the months of May and June to offer admission into BTech courses. The entry to other programs is done in accordance to the national or state level entrance tests. The examination dates for 2024 admission test will be made known soon at the university’s official website. The application process, as it is known, starts in January. The process of allotment of seats is done through the process of counselling which is central in nature.
JUET has had the privilege to place its students through over 150 companies for placement opportunities. Some of the recruiters of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Institute of Management are Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, L&T Infotech, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree etc. During the placement drive of 2021-22, more than 80% of the eligible students got placed. Going to the placement details, the maximum salary package made available was 42 lakhs per annum while the average salary package was 7.2 lakhs per annum. Of the placements, IT service companies who offered positions in software development, data science, consulting etc dominated Many students also sought further education at world class universities upon graduating from our institution.

Training and placement cell at JUET provide campus placements of its students through various mechanisms. Some of the companies that recruit students from JUET for placements are Tata Consultancy Servicing, Wipro, Infosys, and Cognizant. The maximum salary ever given to students had been up to rs1500000/- per annum while the average salary offered was from Rs. 400000/- to 600000/- per annum. At present, the overall placement scenario shows that around 60% to 70% of the eligible students have been placed through campus recruitment.
