Process for filling up of Admission Form online Read the instructions carefully before filling up the form:
- MANIT Bhopal offers the B.Tech program and admissions into it are usually given based on the scores obtained in JEE Main. Firstly, candidates have to qualify JEE Main by scoring above the cut-off marks deemed fit by the authorities.
- As for admissions, 85% of the seats are based on the candidate’s rank in the All India JEE Main Exam. The remaining 15% seats are pre-allocated separately to the particular MP state quotas.
- For the 85% All India seats, admission norms and cut-off ranks of various categories are published by MANIT after JEE Main scores. The cut-offs fluctuates every year due to many reasons like the toughness of the exam, number of students who attempted the test, the number of seats available, etc.
- Candidates belonging from MP domicile for state quota seats will have to report to the concerned counseling authority and the seats are then allotted according to the JEE Main rank and the respective reservations/quotas.
- In addition to scores obtained in JEE Main the certificate of passing 12th standard and percentage obtained is also considered. The candidates of general category do require a minimum of 45% in class 12 board. Cutoff for reserved category is generally 5% less.
