PES University Bangalore is one of the most renowned universities providing undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering, law, science, designing, management and many more courses. Ph.D. courses are offered in departments of Computer Science, Management Studies, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and others at PES University Bangalore. Some of the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for PhD admissions across departments include: minimum 55% aggregate and having Master’s degree in the same specialization or in the field related to the specialization of the job. GATE, CAT, GMAT, NET or any other equivalent national level entrance test can also be taken for admission to PhD program depending on the department. Those who clear national/state level exams and secure good rank also have the provision to apply for the post.
The University provides on its full-time and part-time study mode for the PhD degrees under various specializations to undertake research in fields such as Technology, Science, Management, Humanities, and Education and others. Some of the PhD programmes across the streams are Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Biotechnology, Applied Physics Mathematics Chemistry and Management, Commerce, Economics, Pharmacy and other pharmaceutical sciences and others.
