Rajiv Academy for Technology, Management is an engineering and management college in bangalore, karnataka. RATM was set up in the year 1998 and is recognized and approved by the AICTE, Belgaum and is also affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University. It has also been accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ grade with a cumulative grade of points average (CGPA) of 3.15. As per NIRF Rankings 2023 announced recently, the college stands 65 among all engineering colleges of the country.
RATM was established to provide quality education in various fields of proficiency, and they provide undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Programs that are offered are B.Tech Computer Science, B.Tech Information Technology, Electronics and communications Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering each branch having a total of 120 seats. It offers admissions through KCET exams and the counseling conducted later for the students. The last date to apply for B.Tech admissions 2024 shall be on 30-05-2024. The examinations would be conducted starting June 10th and ending June 20th in 2024. The final results will be declared by the first week of July, and the counseling session will be conducted soon after. The MBA & MCA admissions are also available with 60 seats & for admission done by merit through PGCET/KMAT. The last date to apply is 15th June 2024.

Rajiv Academy for Technology and Management Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering - Pass 10+2/intermediate examination or its equivalent examination in any stream with 60% marks in the aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as optional subjects from a recognized board. Should not be of more than 21 years of age.
2. M.Tech in Computer Science – B.E/B. I was asked about Relationship between Mathematics, Computer Science and Information Technology and I had to expound on the difference between Computer Science and Information Technology.A first or Second Class Bachelor’s degree of the University or any other reputable University in Computer Science or Information Technology or any other related discipline with not less than 60 percent average. Other requirements also include: The candidates must have obtained a valid GATE score. Previous employment may be given preference.
3. BBA in Business Administration:Pass in 10+2 in any stream with 50 % Marks in aggregate from a recognized Board. No age restrictions.
4. Masters in Business Administration in Marketing/Finance/HR – The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Prior work experience may be especially valued. Appeared and obtained a good score in the entrance test, if it is applicable then must appear in exam like CAT/MAT.
5. BCA in Computer Applications - A candidate must possess 10+2 pass with Mathematics as one of the subjects with 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board. Under this theme, Mathematics can be substituted by Computer Science/ Statistics.
6. MCA in Computer Applications – A candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications/ Science/ IT/ Commerce/ Arts with Mathematics at 10+2 level with an overall minimum of fifty percent. Other examination like Entrance test also necessary for examination like NIMCET.
