Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) – Rural Management is a specialized diploma course in Management which is a two year full time program which is specifically designed to cater to the rural management sector. The program is designed to offer focused knowledge and hands-on experience to students who wish to venture into rural markets and development sectors that target the rural market. These programs cover such subjects as rural economy, management of agricultural businesses, rural banking and micro-finance, management of cooperatives, sustainable management of natural resources. The tests that are acceptable for entrance are CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT or other state level tests such as OJEE, KMAT. Some of the institutes also look for the academic performance, work experience and personal interview along with the scores of the entrance test. The fee for the complete course may vary as Rs. 3-6 lakhs in the top B-schools offering this course.

1. Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
