BBA or Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) is an undergraduate program that takes three years to complete and aims at developing basic understanding of the finance discipline. The course is designed to give theoretical understanding and competency in areas like financial management, investments, security analysis, accounting, economic, statistics, and money & banking. The requirement to get admission in BBA finance is 10+2 in any stream and the courses available can be completed in full time and part time also by various colleges and universities.
The general entrance tests for joining BBA (Finance) program are state or national level tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, NPAT. Many top B-schools and premier institutes also have their own entrance test for admission in BBA (Finance). Thus, the admission is usually given on the basis of the marks scored in these qualifying examinations (12th) and these entrance tests as per the norms of the concerned institute.
