Bengal College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) is one of the leading autonomous engineering college based in Kolkata, West Bengal. BCET which was founded in 2001 is accredited by All India Council for Technical Education AICTE and is associated with MAKAUT. They have NAAC ‘A’ grade accreditation to show their quality education which is kind of like getting an A+. In the NIRF Rankings 2023, BCET has accredited its superior position among all engineering colleges across India by ranking at positioned 65th.
BCET has under graduate and post graduate programs in a variety of engineering and technology specializations. The B. Tech streams available are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering. These courses are available after passing through state level WBJEE exams or national level JEE Mains exams. Admission to the next batch of 2024 will start in January 2024. The M.Tech programs offered at this college include Thermal Engineering, VLSI Design, Computer Science, and others. 1. Applicants should have completed 10+2 in science stream with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and they should have obtained minimum of 60% of marks in the above said examinations. Approximately 30 words.
