There is Bhavans Tripura College of Teacher Education Agartala which is one of the prominent teacher training colleges of the region offering various courses. The B.Ed. program is available for arts, science and commerce graduates It is Bachelor of Technology program. Qualification is a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and passingcracking of Common TET/CTET or any State Level Eligibility Test, if conducted. There are equal eligibility criteria for the D.El.Ed program for 10+2 passed candidates, apart from the acceptance of the 10+2 level examination. Postgraduate programs include Master of Philosophy in Education for students who have a bachelor’s degree in education abbreviated as M.Phil and Master of Education abbreviated as M.Ed. for B.Ed. graduates, and B.P.Ed. Other courses offered for bachelor’s in physical education graduates are some of the other courses to explore.
