Dr. SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts and Science Eligibility Criteria 2024 (by Departments)
1. Candidates need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum qualifying marks for each course as mentioned below. Arts and Commerce program, the marks needed are 35-40% while Science programs need 45-50% marks in particular subjects.
2. For undergraduate programs, candidates should be in the age of between seventeen and nineteen years at the time they intend to apply for admission. The age limit for the post is relaxable up to five years in case of reserved categories as per the government norms.
3. There are no restrictions as to which education board the student belongs to or studied from to apply. Students studying in the Indian curriculum as well as the international curriculum can apply.
4. The admission to postgraduate courses requires the candidates to have passed the relevant Bachelor’s degree from any universities recognized by the University Grants Committee. Minimum percentage in graduation should be 45-50% for B.A/B.Com/BBI and 50-55% for B.Sc.
5. The candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC, physically handicapped, etc., can take relaxation in the eligibility criteria as per the norms set by the government.
